NeighborWorks Great Falls makes the most of your gift. This year, 138 families become homeowners, because of your support.  We loaned over a million dollars to low-income families, leveraging nearly $100,000,000 in first mortgages -- and our default rate is only 1.1%.

The long-term value of our work has been well-documented. Families who are homeowners are more stable and will have assets 12 times larger than a comparable renting family. Their children will be more likely to graduate from high school, avoid teen-age pregnancy and stay out of the criminal justice system. Essentially, homeownership changes a family forever.

When you donate to NWGF your money . ..

  • provides down payment assistance to 10 families ($5,000)
  • creates 1 new affordable home ($2,500)
  • provides Homebuyer Education to 20 families ($1,000)
  • provides individual homeownership planning to 10 buyers ($500)
  • saves one family from foreclosure ($250)
  • funds two hours of home maintenance training ($100)
  • every dollar counts . . .
