Pre & Post Purchase Counseling

NeighborWorks Great Falls offers individual counseling sessions to prepare first-time homebuyers for the many facets of the home buying process and to assist homebuyers after they have become homeowners.

Pre-purchase counseling and guidance includes financial information and advice on repairing your credit record, budgeting and working with creditors.

Post-purchase guidance includes foreclosure prevention counseling and home rehab counseling, as well as reverse mortgage counseling for seniors.
