Emergency Loans

Most of us don’t have the means to save for large emergency home expenses that don’t qualify as an insurance loss, such as a collapsed sewer line.

NWGF makes emergency loans, sometimes within just a few hours, for homeowners who encounter home maintenance and repair emergencies.

NWGF rehab loans require monthly payments for interest and principal repayment.

Call our office at 406-761-5861 or send email to info@nwgf.org.

If you have equity in your home and have owned it for one year, check with the City of Great Falls for a deferred loan.

Heidi’s story

Heidi didn’t know much about sewer lines, but when all of her drains quit working on the same day, she learned fast.

Heidi’s older home had a 90-year-old sewer line that gave up and collapsed into itself, blocking all drainage.

Heidi called NWGF for help and soon had a backhoe in the back yard, putting in a new line. NWGF provided an emergency loan for the repair.
