Emergency Loan

Heidi’s story: "Heidi didn’t know much about sewer lines, but when all of her drains quit working on the same day, she learned fast. Heidi’s older home had a 90-year-old sewer line that gave up and collapsed into itself, blocking all drainage. Heidi called NWGF for help and soon had a backhoe in the back yard, putting in a new line. NWGF provided an emergency loan for the repair.”

Most of us don’t have the means to save for large emergency home expenses that don’t qualify as an insurance loss, such as a collapsed sewer line. NWGF makes emergency loans, sometimes within just a few hours, for homeowners who encounter home maintenance and repair emergencies. NWGF rehab loans require monthly payments for interest and principal repayment. If you have equity in your home, check with the City of Great Falls for a deferred loan.
