Hands On Classes

Periodically NWGF provides hands-on classes on a variety of subjects. Space is limited in these classes, so register early.

To register, fill out the registration form and submit via email. If there is a cost associated with the class, you will not have the option to submit via email, but will need to print form and bring with your payment to the NWGF office.

Weed & Feed Spray Days

NeighborWorks has a new, affordble program this spring to help neighbors keep their weeds knocked down.

For $45 per lot, Green Up Lawn and Sprinklers will spray your lawn for dandelions and other weeds, plus fertilize it so the grass can grow. Spray Day must be paid for in advance.

Statewide Housing Partnership Conference

SOD Days

Delivery dates are
Friday, May 31 and
Saturday, June 1

NeighborWorks is collaborating with Triangle Turf again this year to deliver sod to homes in the target neighborhoods. Special sod price (no delivery fee) is $60 per pallet. A pallet covers about 400 square feet. Sod must be paid for in advance.
