City Home Deferred Appreciation Share Loans and the NWGF/MBOH setaside 1st mortgage program require family income at 80% or below median income. Income must include all income from all sources for everyone who occupies the property.

For the Statewide Low and Moderate Income and EQ2 down payment programs, borrowers income must be at or below 115% of the median income, if using an FHA 1st Mortgage. Borrowers using conventional, VA or Rural Development 1st Mortgage, their income must be at or below 125% of the median income.
