2009/2010
High School House Program
The Advanced Building Trade students from Great Falls High School and CM Russell High are building their 24th and 25th homes at 1708 Central and 1429 1st Ave NW. The three bedroom, two bath homes will be available for purchase in June, 2010 at the end of the school year.

2009/2010
MSU Great Falls - College of Technology House a
The COT will use the house as on-the-job training for students in its Carpentry and Construction Trades program.
Beginning in September and throughout the school year, the students work on every phase of the home, from the foundation to the roof.
The homes are sold to income qualified buyers after completion and will be available for purchase in June, 2010 at the end of the school year.
