NWGF Renovation Projects

Not only does NeighborWorks Great Falls construct new homes but they also offer for sale homes which have undergone extensive renovation.

Renovations are carried out by the experienced contractors and NWGF crews. Work depends on what is necessary to bring the home up to modern housing standards and may include new foundations, electrical, plumbing and heating system upgrades and other modernization work.

NWGF renovations offer the best of both worlds: an older home with historic character, but with updated features.

There on no renovations in progress at this time.

Selection Process

  • Complete homebuyer education

  • Qualify for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage from a lender

  • Contact your realtor to submit buy-sell

  • Contact your lender to submit completed loan package

  • Complete and submit one page narrative to NeighborWorks selection committee (this narrative is designed to share one’s life story and why you are a good candidate for assistance from NeighborWorks)

To qualify for a renovated home, buyers must complete homebuyer education classes and qualify for a first mortgage from the lender.

Buyers must be below 80% of adjusted median income.

NeighborWorks can provide mortgage subsidy and down payment assistance to qualified buyers.

To find out more how you can purchase an NWGF renovated home, please send an e-mail or call NeighborWorks Great Falls at 761-5861
